1) Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

2) This criminal writ petition was filed for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to provide security to the petitioners to protect life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents arrayed in the petition.

3) Mr. Bhuwnesh Lakhera, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to order dated 30th September, 2021 passed by this Court, petitioners No.1 and 2 were accommodated in safe house and Nari Niketan respectively. Now, petitioners have made a statement that there is no threat perception and they no longer need protection of safe house or Nari Niketan.
