RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.381, dated 01.06.2022, under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have been arrested and hence the same may be dismissed as such.

In view of this, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
