Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is running two colleges being trust. It is the trust who has to come forward and entitles to the grant-in-aid and all other benefits. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of Court for withdrawal of present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action.
