On the asking of court, Mr. Harsimran Singh Sethi, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents.

Only grievance of the petitioner is that the bills have not been cleared for the work done by it. According to him, representation, Annexure P-5 is still pending with the department.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that representation be decided expeditiously, in any case not later than three weeks. If any, amount is found due to the petitioner, payment of same would be released to petitioner.
