Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to dismiss respondent No.4-Rajender alias Leelu from the post of Sarpanch of village Mandkaul, who has already been suspended vide order dated 14.07.2017 (Annexure P1) as he is involved in criminal proceedings in case FIR No. 587 dated 21.07.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 323 & 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Sadar, Palwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that no action is being taken by now, though the petitioners have moved representation dated 14.06.2018 (Annexure P3) before respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Palwal.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Palwal to look into Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.08.10 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
