The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No. 2 to remove the names of the petitioners from the list of defaulters dated 18.10.2016 (Annexure P-17) as well as to stay the notice of vacation dated 21.11.2016 (Annexure P-19). 2.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative remedy, as may be available to them, in accordance with law. 3.
