(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 20.02.2018 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Siingh Nagar titled as 'State vs. Jagroop Singh' whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner; and to the proclamation order dated 15.03.2019 (Annexure P-5) whereby the proclamation of publication under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued against the petitioner for 24.04.2019 in case FIR No. 0150 dated 08.12.2017 registered under Section 498-A IPC at Police Station City Nawanshahar, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Annexure P1) by the complainant/respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition.

Permitted to do so.
