Short reply dated 8.10.2021 by way of an affidavit, has been filed and the same is taken on record.
2.
Vide orders dated 26.08.2019 /30.03.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders dated 26.08.2019, the petitioner has joined investigation. 4.
This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for State of Punjab. However, learned State counsel as well as counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail. They further submits that in case this Court is inclined to give the bail to the petitioner then it should be subject to the strict and stringent conditions. 5.
Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case of release on bail.
6.
Given above, the present petition is allowed. The orders dated 26.08.2019 are hereby made absolute subject to the compliance of conditions of order dated 30.3.2022 within 10 days.
