Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana to consider and decide the representation dated 05.07.2018 (Annexure P7). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had purchased certain properties as detailed in jamabandi dated 21.12.2012 (Annexure P3). At that time, there was no such entry regarding report of the Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana that the said land is for drain and pipes and accordingly sale deed was executed without any such entry. But lateron petitioner came to know that there was entry in the revenue record on the basis of report of Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana dated 10.04.2011, though the same was not there when the property was purchased by the petitioner on the basis of registered sale deed. Repeated representations made by the petitioner to the authorities for correction of the record was to no effect and DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.10.05 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
