The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to grant him compensation for injuries caused by stray dogs. 2.

The petitioner claims that on 27.11.2025, stray dogs attacked him. He suffered multiple injuries. He was got admitted in Hospital. He remained in Hospital from 27.11.2025 to 30.11.2025. He has undergone surgery. He is entitled to compensation as per judgment of this Court in "Rajwinder Kaur and Others Vs. State of Haryana", LawFinder Doc ID # 2379984.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has not submitted requisite documents and straight away approached this Court. The application has not been filed in prescribed performa. 4.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would file application in the prescribed form along with requisite documents.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of.

The respondent shall process petitioner's application hand address his grievance within 6 weeks from the date of submission of requisite documents.
