The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for directions to the respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty & property from the respondents No.4 to 8.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representation dated 22.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) before the respondent No.2-the Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad. The learned counsel prays for directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the abovementioned representation within the stipulated time. 3.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 only. 4.

Since advance notice has already been served upon the State, Mr. Ramender Singh Chauhan, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of VIPIN KUMAR 2026.05.27 20:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-6184-2026 respondents No.1 to 5-State. Hence, the service of notice upon the State is hereby dispensed with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction for deciding the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) be given to the respondent No.2 and that the instant petition be disposed of accordingly. 6.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2), by passing a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of instant order. It is however clarified that no finding is being returned by this Court, with regard to merits of the contents of representation. The respondent No.2 shall be at liberty to make an independent assessment with regard to contents of representation of the petitioner, and take an independent decision at his own level.
