Ramandeep @ Rammi v. State Of Haryana
CRM-M-41000-2021 --1-- 210 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-41000-2021 DATE OF DECISION:-25.01.2023 Ramandeep @ Rammi
...Petitioner.
V.
State of Haryana
...Respondent..
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARKESH MANUJA
Present:
Mr. Saurav Bhatia, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. Gaurav Bansal, AAG, Haryana.
***** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in FIR No.442, dated 23.07.2015, under Section 392 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 395, 420, 203 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad. Considering the fact that the trial in the present case is almost over as the entire prosecution evidence stands recorded and as per the statement made by petitioner on 05.12.2022 that he does not want to lead any defence evidence, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that, at this stage, petitioner does not press for the relief claimed in the present petition, subject to issuance of direction to the trial court for disposal/conclusion of the trial, within some stipulated period. Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of being not pressed with a request to learned trial Court to conclude the trial SONIKA 2023.01.25 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
