Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13, dated 03.04.2021, under Sections 328, 342, 365, 506 IPC (Sections 363, 366 IPC added later on) and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Women, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
