The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner had filed an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 before the first respondent on 24.4.2022 seeking physical delivery of the secured asset, but the first respondent has not passed any orders thereon. Mr. S.S. Pannu, Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State of Haryana, on instructions, states that the first respondent would decide the said application within six weeks, and communicate its decision to the petitioner.
