(Oral) On the oral request made by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.3 is ordered to be deleted from the arrays of respondents and instead, Haryana Urban Development Authority through its Chief Administrator at Panchkula, is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the memo of parties.

The petitioners seek a direction for the payment of compensation amount in lieu of their land which has been acquired vide Award No.20 dated 09.02.2016 passed by the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estate, Rohtak. The petitioners' land is situated within the revenue estate of village Sampla and has been acquired for the construction of residential Sector-6, Sampla, District Rohtak. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of prayer made in this writ petition, we dispose of the same with a direction to the respondents to release the due amount of compensation to the petitioners as well as other affected landowners/interested persons alongwith interest upto date, as early as possible but not later than two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.

Ordered accordingly.
