RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0114, dated 18.07.2022, under Sections 376/506/34 IPC, Section 6 of the POCSO Act, and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station City, Batala.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within seven days from today and files an application for bail, the concerned Court is requested to decide the said application expeditiously in accordance with law.
