The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.23 dated 30.01.2022 registered under Sections 6, 7, 12 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to take all pleas available to him in accordance with law at the appropriate stage.
