- HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner applied in response to the advertisement dated 15.3.2014(Annexure P-1) for the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, CAFEs and Assistant SubInspectors in CISF Examination, 2014. He was successful in the written exam as well as in the interview. Appointment letter dated 7.8.2015 (Annexure P-7) was issued in favour of the petitioner, as per which he was to report before the Director, NISA, Hakimpet, Hyderabad on 3.10.2015. However, on 1.10.2015 he was telephonically informed that he need not come for training. However, no reason was communicated to him. The petitioner sent representation dated 5.11.2015 (Annexure P-9) to the Deputy Inspector General, CISF, NISA, Hyderabad seeking to join the training alongwith other candidates. This representation was followed by legal notice dated 26.11.2015 (Annexure P-11). However, no reply has been received till date.

CWP 26178-2015 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that at this stage he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to take a decision on the said legal notice at an early date.

Keeping in view the fact that the training has started from October 3, 2015 and will come to end in October 2016.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision on legal notice dated 26.11.2015 (Annexure P-11) expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
