(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.740 dated 01.11.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325 and 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) at Police Station Panipat City along with all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach this Court in case any fresh settlement is arrived at between the parties. Allowed as prayed for with the aforesaid liberty.
