The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.197 dated 04.08.2015, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 7 months and 9 days and is involved in 3 more cases and one conviction under the NDPS Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
