The present petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of TGT Sanskrit from the date juniors/similarly situated persons have been promoted. It is claimed that the petitioner is fully eligible having qualification for promotion. It is pleaded that a legal notice dated 10.5.2020 was served raising the grievance but no action has been taken.
