(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the award dated 11.06.2015 (Annexure P-10) passed by respondent No.1 - Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), Sirsa (hereinafter referred to as 'PLAPUS'), whereby application filed by respondent No.2 under Section 22-C of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 has been partly allowed and petitioner has been directed to refund the amount of ` 41,000/- to respondent No.2 within a period of 30 days from the date of the award, failing which respondent No.2 was held entitled to recover the same with interest @ 9% per annum. -2CWP No.26194 of 2015 in this case has been dealt with by this Court in CWP No.7031 of 2014 titled 'The Branch Manager, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and another v. Gurdarshan Singh and another' decided on 19.09.2015. The decision rendered in the case of The Branch Manager, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
