Through this petition, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.29 dated 29.02.2020 registered at Police Station North, Chandigarh, under Sections 420,511,467,468,471,120-B and 177 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner never impersonated herself as alleged and not taken the possession of the disputed flat which was allotted in her name. Notice of motion.
