RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the order dated 4.12.2014 passed by this court in CWP No.24655 of 2014 (Raghubir Singh Vs. HVPNL) permitting the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars, as the abovesaid writ petition was withdrawn, because of some typing mistakes. She also places reliance on the order dated 11.12.2014 passed by this court in CWP No.15988 of 2014, to contend, inter alia, that claim of the petitioner is identically placed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case he is permitted to approach respondent no.1 by moving an appropriate representation in compliance of the abovesaid orders dated 11.12.2014 passed by this court and respondent no.1 may be directed to consider and decide the same, in accordance with law. CWP No.262 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd., Shakti Bhawan, Sector 6, Panchkula-respondent no.1 is directed that if the petitioner approaches him by moving an appropriate representation on or before 14.1.2015, he shall consider and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner, keeping in view the undertaking given before this court in the case of Hoshiar Singh (supra), which was disposed of vide abovesaid order dated 11.12.2014. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
