Mr. Amarsh Dudeja, Advocate, for the petitioner. *** VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL) The instant revision petition, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks the issuance of directions to the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Faridabad, where Civil Suit bearing No.CS/3832/2025 titled as Sharda Devi v. Ranjeeta Gandhi and others is pending, to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Concededly, the suit was filed on 11.08.2025. No doubt the respondents-defendants have availed a number of opportunities for filing the written statement and the same is not being filed. However, this in itself would not be a ground to presume that there will not be expeditious disposal of the suit. This Court is sanguine that the Court concerned shall proceed in accordance with law and make efforts for the expeditious disposal of the suit. However, this Court does not deem it appropriate to issue any direction in this regard keeping in view the fact that the suit was instituted only on 11.08.2025. 3.

The revision petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
