(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 6 to recover the embezzled amount of `4,34,172/- from respondent No.7. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made representations to various authorities but till date no action has been taken. He further submits that his representation dated 15.09.2012 (Annexure P-6) is pending before the Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur, therefore, Deputy Commissioner may be directed to decide the same. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of, without issuing notice to the RAVINDER SINGH 2015.12.18 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
