Mr. Ivneet Singh Pabla, Advocate for the petitioners. ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents to allot a residential plot/commercial plot in a well-developed area in terms of the Policy dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that although the land of the petitioners had been acquired by the Kurukshetra Development Board but the respondents are not considering the claim of the petitioners for allotment of a residential plot/commercial plot in a well-developed area in terms of the Policy for Rehabilitation and Resettlement of Oustees dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P1). He also submits that the petitioners have sent a representation in this regard on 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents but no action has been taken so far.
