***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order dated 16.07.2018, Annexure P-1, whereby the petitioner, who is working as Agriculture Sub Inspector, was transferred from Circle Dharampura, Block Budhlada, District Mansa to Circle Kamalpur, Block Sunam, District Sangrur. Admittedly, petitioner has already joined at Sunam. His plea is, however, that in view of the fact that he is going to retire within one year, he is entitled to posting in terms of the prevalent instructions, Annexure P-3.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that case of the petitioner shall be considered afresh by respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks.

In view of statement made by her, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
