Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to provide electric connection in the premises of the petitioner bearing account no. R 75 SF 20040. According to learned counsel, same has been disconnected illegally and arbitrarily. According to him, in light of order dated 06.02.2015, he has already deposited `30,000/- with the respondents. Petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the matter afresh and pass a speaking order within two months from today. Till then electric connection on the premises of the petitioner shall not be disconnected.
