The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.73 dated 24.03.2022, registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar. 2.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel, as per which, the petitioner is in custody for 1 year and 4 months and is involved in 7 more cases under the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
