(Oral) In the context of order dated 17.05.2022, learned State counsel submits that infact petitioner was arrayed as an accused in the FIR and the statement made on instructions from ASI Lakhbir Singh on 14.02.2020 was on account of misconception of the Investigating Officer. Fact remains that after lodging of FIR No.166 dated 15.09.2018 under Sections 13A, 3 and 67 of The Punjab Gambling Act, 1867, challan has already been presented to the Court and the case is fixed for framing of charges. CWP No. 20963 of 2019 -2In view of aforesaid position, no interference is called for.

Dismissed.
