The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment with respect to work carried out by it for the respondent. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Parmod Kumar, DDPO, Mahendergarh, submits that admitted liability would be discharged within four months from today subject to verification. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent may be subjected to interest @ 12% per annum from the date of passing bills. 4.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent to release payment to the petitioner within four months from today.
