1. Learned counsel, faced with the query from the Court of alternate remedy, prays to allow him to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned forum.

2. It is noticed that the Presiding Officer of Industrial Tribunal has already written letter to the Labour Commissioner for taking necessary steps for payment of arrears of dearness allowance to the workers.

3. The orders of the Presiding Officer are enforceable in law.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioners for taking requisite steps in terms of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
