(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the controversy in the present case is squarely covered by the judgments rendered by this Court in Neelam Rani d/o Raj Roop vs. The State of Haryana and others, CWP No.11254 of 2010 decided on 15.05.2013 (Annexure P-9), Mukesh Kumar Bhatnagar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No.4739 of 2011 decided on 11.07.2016 (Annexure P-10) and Anil and others vs. State of Haryana and another, CWP No.5376 of 2011 decided on 01.02.2016 (Annexure P-11). Learned counsel also submits that the petitioners have served a legal notice (Annexure P-12) upon the respondents on 25.08.2014 but no action has been taken so far. The petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to consider legal notice dated 25.08.2014 (Annexure P-12).
