(ORAL): The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the condition in advertisement no.4 of 2015 dated 28.6.2015, Annexure P-1, whereby it is required that teaching experience must be countersigned by the Director, Secondary Education of the concerned State, even for CBSE/Central Schools and Navodaya Vidyalaya, which is against the Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group-B) Service Rules, 2012.

On 21.2.2023, the following interim order was passed by the Court:
This Court vide order dated 23.1.2023 has directed State to bring the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover.
Today learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not fall in the zone of consideration, so he does not want this Court to open the result. The prayer is accepted. Learned State counsel prays for an adjournment to seek instructions in the matter.

Since, admittedly, the petitioner does not fall in the zone of consideration, his prayer to count teaching experience for the post of Post Graduate Teacher-Hindi, also becomes unsustainable. 4.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
