**** &  )) + %   Present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent University to consider the claim of petitioners as raised in the legal notice dated 22.08.2020 (P98) for adjustment/re9employment on any Group 'D' post on contract basis, since number of vacancies are still lying vacant. After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
