partitioned through an oral partition in the year 1993, therefore, the instant partition proceedings are bad, and secondly, that the petitioner has been in possession of the land comprising in Rectangle No.4, Killa Nos.11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22; Rectangle No.14, Killa Nos.16/2, 25; Rectangle No.3, Killa Nos.5, 6, 15; and Killa Nos.1, 2, 8/2, 9 Min. 10, 11, 12, and 13, however, in the impugned partition proceedings, the said land has not been allotted to the petitioner.
