JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Petitioner, who is an aspirant for the post of Constables, by way of preferring the instant writ petition, seeks a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to re-draw the final merit list finalised in the month of October 2016 (P.4) against Advertisement No.1/2016, dated 31.5.2016 while taking into consideration higher marks secured by him in 10+2 examination as also his height with further prayer for setting aside the Standing Order (P.5). At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition on account of some incorrect documents having been appended with liberty to file fresh one with correct particulars.
