Status report dated 26.08.2025 by way of an affidavit of Sukhwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, (City), Ferozepur, District Ferozepur has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 - State by the learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. 2.

Learned State Counsel refers to Paragraphs 8, 9, 10 and 12 of the status report to demonstrate that appropriate action is being taken based on the FIR by conducting raids, securing the arrest warrants from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ferozepur and writing to the Lead Bank Ferozepur, requesting for the details of the bank accounts of accused - Mohit Aggarwal, so that his location can be traced on the basis of transactions, if any made by him from the bank account as also to all cellular companies for obtaining record that whether any SIM has been obtained by him.

In view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further.
