(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking directions to the respondents No.2 and 3, to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, who is Ex-Sarpanch of his village at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 8. The petitioner has an efficacious remedy to approach the Illaqa Magistrate in case his grievance remains unaddressed. There is nothing on record on the basis whereof the apprehensions expressed by the petitioner may be accepted at this juncture.
