        Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.148 dated 30.08.2021, registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar, under Sections 323, 324 and 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on).

Vide order dated 01.10.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.10.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

CRM-36301-2021 This is an application for vacation of stay of arrest granted to the petitioner by this Court on 01.10.2021.

Since, the main petition has been allowed and the interim protection granted to the petitioner has been made absolute, the present application has become infructuous.
