(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Amloh to decide application dated 07.03.2022 (Annexure P-7) whereby he has sought permission to get his passport re-issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner, in terms of notification No.570 dated 25.08.1993 issued by Central Government, has filed application dated 07.03.2022 before SDJM, Amloh seeking permission to get his passport re-issued. The application in terms of notification dated 25.08.2023 was filed on 07.03.2022, however, despite expiry of more than one year, learned Court has not decided his application.

This Court is not oblivious of the fact that the trial Courts are over burdened, however, considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the trial Court is requested to look into application dated 07.03.2022 of the ANJU GOEL 2023.07.25 07:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
