After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, but a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The trial Court is to make earnest efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order there.
