After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, but a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial by giving short adjournments. CRM-M- 36515 of 2020 -2for justifiable reason. The State shall cause appearance of the PWs on the date(s) fixed by the trial Court. Of course, the accused shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment for cross examination of the PWs and shall render full cooperation for earlier conclusion of the trial. The trial Court is to make earnest efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order there.
