(ORAL) The petitioners merely seek an order directing the respondents to decide whether they are entitled to the benefit of the policy dated 11.08.2015 which is referred to in an order and judgement of a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-16222-2014 titled as Parminder Singh and another Vs The Haryana Urban Development Authority and another dated 12.08.2015 to which one of us (S.J. Vazifdar, CJ) was a party.

The correspondence on record indicates that the respondents are investigating the matter. Whether the petitioners are entitled to the benefit of the policy or not is a question of fact as well. It appears that the official respondents are still investigating the facts. They have not rejected the petitioners' application for transfer of the plot. The petition, therefore, is premature.

The petition is disposed of with a request to the official respondents to decide the petitioners' application as early as possible.
