(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners argues that as per the reply filed, the respondents have decided to extend the benefits to the petitioners as claimed by them in the present petition and as per the respondents, the same will be extended as and when the petitioners approaches the respondent-department claiming the same.
Learned counsel submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed off having not pressed and the respondents may kindly be directed to release the benefits extended to the petitioners forthwith. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioners approaches the respondents claiming the said benefit, the same will be allowed within a period of 08 weeks.
