Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal filed under Right to Information Act, 2005.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that with the afflux of time nothing survives in the petition and the same be disposed off as such.

Ordered accordingly.
