In the written statement it has been pleaded that the respondents have already authorised the State Bank of India, Fatehgarh Churian Road, Amritsar, Punjab and the arrears of pension are required to be paid by the said Bank.

 In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the said Bank to pay the arrears of pension to the petitioner as per the PPO.
