Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that keeping in view the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.22819 of 2014 tilted as 'Sanjay Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and others', decided on 11.03.2019, which petition was also relied upon by the petitioners while filing the present petition, the claim raised by the petitioners in this petition is covered against them, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having not pressed any further. 2.

Keeping in view the fact that learned counsel for the petitioners has conceded that the decision of Sanjay Kumar and others' case (supra) covers the case of the petitioners against them, accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of Sanjay Kumar and others' case (supra).

Civil miscellaneous application pending, if any, is also disposed of.
