(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the revision petition has since been decided by the Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh on 20th March, 2015 and therefore, the instant writ petition has become infructuous and be disposed of as such.
However, learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3, submitted that the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, is not in accordance with law.
Be that as it may, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the respondents, if so advised, to take recourse to the remedies against the order of Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, dated 20th March, 2015, in accordance with law.
