Learned counsel for the respondent states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the possession of the demised shop has already been taken by the landlordrespondent and the execution before the Rent Controller concerned already stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied vide order dated 26.05.2023.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
